Poll: What’s the most awesomely bad TV Christmas Special (besides Star Wars)?

We Wish You A Tur­tle Christ­mas — hands down. Admit­tedly, it’s kinda awe­some, but noth­ing about it is *legit­i­mately* awe­some. He-Man & She-Ra’s Christ­mas and Christ­mas at Pee-wee’s Play­house are both kinda mag­i­cal in a gen­uine sort of way. I haven’t watched that Pac-Man spe­cial yet, but there’s no way it could be more amaz­ingly worse than an ema­ci­ated Michae­lan­gelo devel­op­ing an opera-singing sec­ond per­son­al­ity on the fly.

See, it’s because I’m torn. I feel like Rerun is a char­ac­ter I should hate, even though he is most def­i­nitely a Shulz cre­ation… but I still sort of like watch­ing this spe­cial (It is Peanuts after all) even though it feels like a cash grab.

It’s even more mag­i­cal than the Com­ing Out of Their Shells Tour, if that gives you any sense of what to expect.

I’m going to have to go with a write-in, and my vote is being cast for The Leprechaun’s Christ­mas Gold. It’s not that I think it’s bad per-se, but it’s pretty damn wacky and there’s a Ban­shee in it. Very weirdly un-christmas, yet very christmas-y at the same time.
