@Joe Great observations about Gabe. He’s definitely creepy, even without being dressed up like Lady Gaga! I can’t wait for next season; I hope we get some answers.

Its definitively Gabe. Think about it.
–The first mention of the strangler was when cece was born. Gabe had shown up 2 episodes before that.
– Gabe’s obsession and reaction to Erin when she broke up with him.
– Gabe has also said that he has never truly been intimate with a woman before he was with Erin. Then at the end of the season 7 he says that he has been with many women, and all they wanted to do was hug him. That’s a tad bizarre when you think about it.
– Gabe’s obsession with horror films and death
– Toby was on the strangler jury and mentions that he think they may have convicted the wrong guy.

Come on Toby? Toby’s the nice guy who all the bad things happen to. He even tries to help Michael settle in Colorado by introducing him to his brother who already lives there.
Creed? Creed did kill a guy, but he said he killed a guy named Creed Bratton and then assumed his identity. This is something that happened years ago. Its a running joke throughout the series. Creed is just supposed to be the wierd ex-hippy who isn’t always in touch with reality.

ok.…. Nobody has mentioned ROY! I agree that it can’t be toby, cause why would he rat on him self and say they didn’t catch the right guy.….?
I did think the Japanese guy at first but idk haha. but Roy has alot of anger issues. and every person that reminded him of jim he killed. right? idk

Toby For Sure
–Initially Michael’s disdain for for him is hilarious. But as seasons progressed our sympathies for Michael had shifted not so much, Toby. (I understand that’s because the American public could not tolerate lovable Carrel, as the brilliantly self-deprecating Gervais in season 1/2. So he became the dumb sweet guy.)

–Michael never stopped loathing Toby, despite his softened douchery.

–Murders began after Toby loses AGAIN in Costa Rica, returning to Scranton.

–Never given a back story on why Michael calls Toby things like a “rapist”

–This will ultimately vilify Michael when it is discovered that Toby is the strangler. A la “he’s not so dumb, this Michael Scarn” The office will be shocked that Michael was more astute than they.

–Toby let’s sending away the wrong guy slip during an office panic attack

Yes, I’ve been keeping up with the new episodes. That wasn’t the first mention of Toby being on the jury; it was explained a while back that he has been absent most of this season because of his jury duties.
