Stop-Motion ‘Batman: Dark Knightfall’ Trailer Looks So Real

You guys NEED to watch this stop-motion, fan-made Bat­man ani­ma­tion. It was cre­ated using Hot Toys’  The Dark Knight  fig­ures, which look fright­en­ingly real­is­tic. I had to remind myself sev­eral times while watch­ing that these are TOYS.

Check out this stop-motion mini-epic, star­ring the amaz­ing Hot Toys repli­cas of Bat­man, Joker and his min­ions, and Com­mis­sioner Gor­don. It’s a very well exe­cuted and semi-serious fight, rem­i­nis­cent of  The Dark Knight  even as Bat­man fights using tech­niques straight out of the  Arkham Asy­lum  games. When the Joker shows up, things get a lit­tle weird – and by a lit­tle weird I mean totally insane – but it’s a darned impres­sive piece of ani­ma­tion nonetheless.
