Something silly, lighthearted and non-Batman-related to temporarily take your mind off this morning’s tragic events, and the cold realization that there are horrible, despicable human beings among us.
Kids have the best imaginations. Perfect fodder for a web series of five-minute episodes where children’s wild stories are brought to life by talented actors and directors using animation, stop-motion, voice-overs and wacky editing.
The premiere episode of “Written By a Kid,” a new web series featured on Felicia Day’s Geek & Sundry YouTube channel, debuted online on Wednesday, and it features Dave Foley as an ill-fated milkman, Whedon as the leader of S.Q.U.A.T., and an adorable kid who really does say the darndest things.
